Comp-U-Floor Users Group Established to Promote Peer Networking Among
Clients and Enhanced Product Development
KNOXVILLE, TN – In coordination with AYA Associates, Inc., users of Comp-U-Floor software are launching
a new initiative in the form of Comp-U-Floor Users Group to establish an information and idea sharing network for the company’s
technology and services with the goal of assisting users in creating an official forum for interactive discussion, peer networking
and advising future product development.
In collaboration with AYA
Associations, Inc., the Comp-U-Floor Users Group provides knowledge sharing, education and guidance for product direction
in order to achieve maximum business value for its users. The new forum will bring together Comp-U-Floor users throughout
North America in one online community at www.CompUFloorUser.com, accentuating the few person-to-person convention opportunities held annually. It will enable the various clients to share
how they have used Comp-U-Floor products and services to make their businesses successful in their communities.
The Comp-U-Floor Users Group is headed by Scott Bacon of Broadway Carpets Inc. based in Knoxville, Tenn.
A client of Comp-U-Floor since 1999, Broadway Carpets flooring has been servicing the entire East Tennessee Valley Area for
over 35 years.
“With multiple locations, Broadway Carpets has
one of the largest stocks of flooring products in the entire Southeast region, making Comp-U-Floor’s software, technology
and services an invaluable part of our business,” said Bacon. “Our longtime association with Aya Associates and
interaction with fellow users led to the concept of bringing everyone’s thoughts together on a regular basis, allowing
the sharing of ideas, thoughts and issues on a weekly, if not daily, basis to serve as an aid to one another’s businesses
as we work toward improving the health of the industry in this difficult economy as well as advising Comp-U-Floor as it continues
work on next-generation lines of its current and new technologies.”
The
Comp-U-Floor Users Group is being exclusively introduced at the Surfaces 2012 convention January 23-26 in Las Vegas, NV, an
annual event that brings together buyers and sellers of the floor covering industry from all over the world to see the latest
floor covering products, tools, services and technologies as well as offering educational program and network opportunities.
Comp-U-Floor by AYA Associates, Inc. will be located at Booth #2606.

are thrilled to be introducing the Users Group at Surfaces,” said AYA Associates President Edgar Aya. “The Comp-U-Floor
Users Group will be designed to mirror online what we experience at conventions such as Surfaces. Often times, group discussion
can produce more meaningful results than one-on-one feedback between Comp-U-Floor and individual clients can.

Membership
to the Comp-U-Floor Users Group is open to any individual employed by a company owning at least one license of Comp-U-Floor
for Windows software product. The affordable $100 annual membership fee for the non-profit organization is dedicated to maintaining
the organization’s services.
Membership also entitles Comp-U-Floor
clients the opportunity to attend a User’s Group Conference, to be announced at a later date, in addition to the ability
to participate in the online User Forum via www.CompUFloorUser.com, which is currently in production.
